Recipe of the Week

To-Die-For Crock Pot Roast

1 beef roast
1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
Warm water, enough to almost cover roast

Place roast in crock pot. Mix all 3 envelopes and sprinkle on top of roast. Pour water in the bottom of the crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.

*This makes an awesome gravy, so I always serve it with mashed potatoes. So easy and so yummy!

    We love this recipe, too although it's been awhile since we made it! Maybe I need to add it into our menu this month!

    I made this last night. Very good. My 3 year old said I should make it 88 more times.
