Recipe of the Week

Stromboli

1 refrigerated loaf of bread dough
1/2 # each salami, ham, and pepperoni, thinly sliced
1/2 # sliced Provolone cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg yolk, beaten

Roll dough into rectangle and arrange meat and cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Roll up jelly roll-style, beginning with long side. Seal seams and ends. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
