Recipe of the Week

Taco Pasta Shells

1# ground beef
3 oz. cream cheese w/ chives
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
18 jumbo shells, cooked
2 TBSP butter
Taco sauce or salsa
Mini bag of Fritos, crushed
Shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese


Brown beef; drain. Mix in cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Drain cooked shells; mix with butter. Fill each shell with beef and place in a 9X13 pan. Pour taco sauce or salsa over each shell, then cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle each shell with crushed Fritos and cheese, then bake 5 minutes more.
