Recipe of the Week

Blackberry Cobbler


3 c. fresh blackberries
4 c. water
1 1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. clear jel
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 c. black raspberry Jello

Bring berries and water to a boil, boil for 10 min. Cool to lukewarm. Combine clear jel and sugar and add to juice. Bring to a boil; add salt, lemon juice, and jello.

Crumb Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter (room temp.)
Put in a 9"x13" baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
