Recipe of the Week

Baked Corn

1 can kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
3 T. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in a 13x9 greased glass baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is a great side dish for holidays and carry-ins.
